This class is similar to yoga and executed with the assistance of TRX Bands. It's a great class for everyone to clear your mind from the day, reduce stress, improve body control and relax!
Cost: YMCA Members: Free YMCA Non-Members: $40
Each session we focus on strength building exercises either using weights or body weight resistance, cardio endurance and core strength. This is a level 3 class which would require individuals to be physically able to walk a flight of stairs comfortably.
We have fun and enjoy our time pushing each other to the best we can be in a female friendly environment.
